REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1. Agency Projects

• A deposit is required before project initiation.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

• If cancelled before commencement, refund may be issued minus processing fees.

• If cancelled mid-project, refund will be prorated based on completed work.

 

2. SaaS Subscriptions

• Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime via account settings.

• No refunds for partial billing cycles.

• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for refund within 7 days if usage is minimal.

 

3. Digital Nature of Services

As our services are digital:

• No refunds are issued after access is granted or work is delivered.

• No physical returns apply.

 

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate account suspension

• Permanent ban

• Legal recovery of outstanding dues

 

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
