We reserve the right to provide transaction logs, IP records, and service access logs to payment processors in dispute cases.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Custom work becomes client property after full payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Our proprietary systems, frameworks, and SaaS platforms remain our intellectual property.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.

 

8. Third-Party Services

We are not liable for:

  • Third-party downtime

  • API rate limits
